My apartment is suitable for the business, small group and family holiday travellers. We provide free undercover private parking on the ground floor of the building (car height limit : max 150cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cook top, rangehood, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Also, with dining and cooking wares such as children tableware, plates, bowls, wine glasses, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots and pans.

In the lounge area, a 3-seater sofa (sofa bed), LED TV, coffee table, A/C and dining table for sitting up to 6 guests.

In the laundry area, you may find a top load washing machine, clothes airer with pegs, mop and vacuum. We can prepare iron and iron board upon request.

Standard check-in time is between 1 pm – 9 pm.
Standard check-out time is 11 am.

Early check-in/ late check-in / late check-out can be arranged depending on availability.

I will meet and greet you as well as hand over the keys on your arrival day. If I am unavailable, alternative arrangements will be made to pass the keys to you. If you have any questions or concerns, I will be available via phone or text (preferred) during your stay.

* Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

* Replacement fee will be charged for any damage caused to apartment amenities.

* We do not provide daily house keeping service.

* Ensure you bring all your personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items left in the apartment after you check out.
