– Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment and building and terrace areas. Smoking in apartment will be charged additional AUD100 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit fee.

– Strictly no yelling, no loud music and no parties in the apartment and terrace areas.

– Please be respectful to our neighbours. Noise level should be kept low after 9pm.

– Please slightly open the main sliding door and turn up the rangehood while cooking.

– Strictly NO SHOES in the apartment.

– Please clean all dishes before check out. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

– Please lock the door, close the windows, switch off lights, TV and the A/C or heating when leaving the apartment or check-out.

– Please park your vehicle in the assigned parking spot only.
