– Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment and building. Smoking in apartment will be charged additional $100 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit fee.

– Strictly no yelling, no loud music and no parties in the apartment.

– Please be respectful to our neighbours. Noise level should be kept low after 9pm.

– Please open the windows and turn up the range hood while cooking.

– Strictly NO SHOES in the apartment.
– 公寓內嚴禁穿鞋。

– Please clean all dishes before check out. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
– 請於退房前清理所用過的餐具。

– Please switch off lights, TV and the A/C or heating when leaving the house or check-out.
– 於離開公寓或退房時,請關燈,電視及冷氣/暖氣機。

– Please park your vehicle in the assigned parking spot only.
– 請將您的車輛停放在指定的停車位。

– Please return the swipe card and apartment keys to the apartment after you move your vehicle out of the car park when you check-out. A replacement fee of $100 will be deducted from the security deposit fee if failed to return them.
