The apartment is exclusive being on the waterfront of a building located right on the water’s edge. It has a covered private terrace area where you can enjoy the beauty of the Yarra River while enjoying the food and drinks. Additionally, there is a gate which leads you directly to the riverside for a short stroll.

The apartment kitchen is fully equipped with Miele gas cook top and oven, rangehood, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Completed with dining and cooking wares such as plates, bowls, wine glasses, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans.

The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed and full ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has 2 King single beds. In all the bedrooms, you will find sliding wardrobes with full length mirrors and plenty of storage space.

In the lounge area, 3-seater sofa (sofa bed), single seat sofa, LED TV, coffee table, A/C, heater and dining table for sitting up to 6 guests.

In the laundry area, you may find front load washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and vacuum cleaner.

* Standard check-in time is between 1 pm – 9 pm.
* Standard check-out time is 11 am.

* Early check-in/ late check-in / late check-out can
be arranged depending on availability.

* Maximum occupancy of 6 guests.

* Replacement fee will be charged for any damage
caused to apartment amenities.

* We do not provide daily house keeping service.

* Ensure you bring all your personal belongings
with you. We are not responsible for any
damaged or lost items left in the apartment after
you check out.
